Engineering & Project Management
Production machining, fabrication and manufacturing are simply not enough to serve customers with the most specialized needs. At ENI, engineering expertise, hands‐on manufacturing experience and dedicated project managers work together from the beginning. We analyze your unique requirements regarding cost, quality, specifications, or scheduling. Expert engineers factor those specifications into the plans, and project managers ensure that the shop sees those plans through to completion.
Exotic Metal Expertise
We are more than expert welders. We pioneer new welding procedures. This includes high‐strength steel alloys and high‐strength non‐ferrous materials like aluminum, nickel and titanium. These capabilities are the secret behind our ability to build large structures with exotic materials. Do you have a metal we haven’t worked with before? No problem! We welcome the challenge and embrace projects that push the boundaries.
Welding
It is difficult to exaggerate the range of materials, sizes, complexity and applications covered by our welding and fabrication capabilities. We weld handheld assemblies from fully machined components. We also handle assemblies made from standard plates and shapes. When required, we can weld enormous, complex components that include flat plates, formed shapes and intricate machined parts, all of which require precise control throughout welding and final machining.
Assembly & Testing
Both our fabrication and machine shops feature clean areas that meet the strict standards required for assembly and testing. Trained technicians and experienced mechanics are available to undertake your most challenging and complex assembly operations. Our engineering staff is always available for technical support.
